I went to pick up a prescription of several medications for my dad. My dads doctor had already called in the order. When I got there I was surprised of how big the pharmacy is. There was many people there. I thought I was going to be in for a long wait but to my surprise it was fast. A young lady her name Jackie helped me. Jackie gave me instructions on all of the medications. I was asking many questions and she answer everything. She asked Chi the pharmacist to give me a counsel. Chi the pharmacist was very helpful. I was very surprised on the fast service. I usually don’t write reviews but I was very pleased with being a busy pharmacy I was out of there quickly. . I told my dad to always get his prescriptions from there. I hope every time it’s the same friendly & fast service as I got from Jackie and Chi.

First time coming here and I loved it. Medication was ready quick and the clerk Angelica was super kind and helpful when I had questions. They attend you quick and I like that they make you feel comfortable.

Had a great experience at Lorena pharmacy today. Went to pick up my meds and from the moment I checked in I was greeted with kindness. Kindly informed of a small wait and guided to a chair. The pharmacist explained my medication and the proper way of taking each one. I appreciate the kind and professional customer service I received.

Excellent service been coming here over 30 years they usually fill prescriptions within a reasonable time and are quick to order any medication they don’t carry

My parents have been coming here for over 40 years. The best thing about this location is that everyone speaks Spanish. But make no it's always pretty busy. Make note that the Pfizer covid-19 shot is being given here, and the flu shot.

I am a long time customer of my local pharmacy. I'm treated like I'm the only valued customer, my grandparents use to fill their prescriptions years ago. As a true blue loyal customer, I would love to see pictures of our beloved pharmacy from its beginning to now. I think it would be nice for maybe only on a Saturday and a Sunday to serve up ice-cream sodas. Just like in the olden days. Thank you Lorena pharmacy for your many years of loyal friendly service💕
